This website is operated by Bojo Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB739392.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website, or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
3. Our services
Bojo Media provides lead generation, lead pipeline setup and follow-up automation services to UK mortgage, protection and insurance brokers and agencies. Specific deliverables, volumes, pricing and payment terms will be set out in a separate written agreement, statement of work or order confirmation.
4. Leads and appointments
- All leads are supplied on an exclusive basis unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
- Leads are generated from consumers who have submitted an enquiry and, where stated, been phone-verified and verbally opted in.
- We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, quote or completed policy. Conversion depends on your team's process and market conditions.
- Return / credit policies (for invalid contact details, wrong intent, etc.) will be set out in your order or contract.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree that when contacting leads supplied by us, you will:
- Comply with the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
- Comply with FCA rules where relevant to your regulated activity.
- Contact leads only for the purpose they consented to.
- Honour any opt-out or unsubscribe requests promptly.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including copy, graphics, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to Bojo Media Ltd. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit it without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bojo Media Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the site or the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
8. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where we act as a data processor for you, a separate data processing agreement will apply.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
